Ask LUDIA

LUDIA = AI + UDL

LUDIA is a no-cost chatbot designed by educators, for educators.

The goal: Universal Access to Universal Design for Learning

  • No cost, no catch. No paywalls, tiers, or subscriptions.
  • Designed for accessibility. Built and tested to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
  • Ad-free.
  • Private by architecture. No account, and no chats stored on LUDIA's servers.
  • Design-first. Barriers in the design, not the learner.
  • Multilingual. 13 languages, with more coming.

LUDIA’s Library

Short, no-cost guides. Start with the Four T's. Each guide opens in Book Creator, where you can have it read aloud.

How to Engage with LUDIA: The Four T's

  • Tell. Share your learners, your plans, and your questions. The more detail, the better.
  • Tinker. Keep the chat going. Ask for examples, clarification, and materials.
  • Tweak. Treat what LUDIA offers as provisional. Adapt it as you go.
  • Transfer. Reflect on how reducing barriers changes learning, and carry it forward.
