My Scope of Practice
I am a non-disabled educator and consultant for schools and learning organisations. My work is focused on inclusive learning systems and Universal Design for Learning, and accessibility is fundamental to this work. I design and facilitate professional learning across many aspects of inclusion, including accessibility. For technical accessibility audits and back end remediation of digital sites and platforms, I routinely refer clients to accessibility specialists with disabilities and to disability-led organisations.

How This Collection Is Designed
This collection centres resources designed by disabled people and organisations led by people with disabilities. Every organisation and designer whose work is featured in this collection was contacted directly. Different people describe themselves in different ways, so both 'person with disability' and 'disabled person' appear throughout.
The Aiming for ALL collection has been shaped by input from people with disabilities, including assistive technology professionals, and from educators, school leaders, families, and learning leaders. I will keep seeking out many perspectives as the collection grows.
The resources that inform the design of this collection are listed in Nothing About Us Without Us.

Accessibility
This page aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Change the font, text size, spacing, and colours, reduce motion, or listen to the page. The page starts in Atkinson Hyperlegible, and you can switch to Lexend, OpenDyslexic, or your system font. Your choices are saved on this device.
Something not working? If you find a barrier or need the collection in another format, email beth@bethstarkconsulting.com. I aim to reply within one to two business days.
Known limits: Search, settings, and translation need JavaScript, but all content shows without it. Reading aloud uses your browser's voices. Translation opens Google Translate. Linked resources are on other websites, so their accessibility depends on their publishers.
